HTML, CSS and JS at University

Web programming

In the fourth semester of University I took web programming. It had been 2 years since I had studied this subject, however, I did remember several things.

We learned a lot of HTML and a JavaScript. I remember at some point we also saw a bit of jQuery.

We didn't see any CSS because the teacher said it wasn't important. Although it was not important, I saw that it gave a better rating to those who did use CSS than to those who did not use it. I did put CSS.

For the first time we saw JavaScript. A fairly complete language and very flexible to use.

As in the subject of Videogames (which I mentioned in the article "Software development at University"), I began to fail little by little in the last 2 months due to the problems I was experiencing. I failed so much that I failed the subject.

However, I passed the extraordinary exam, in which they asked me to make a page in less than a day that would act as a CRUD. A CRUD is something like an inventory; It is a program in which you can Create, Read, Update and Delete any product.

In the end, I did pass the subject with an 8. I really feel that, even with everything that happened, I did learn a lot about JavaScript.

Another web page

One day I made a web page about a restaurant owned by some relatives. I made it solely for practice, since I don't remember it being for a school project.

The restaurant is a Taqueía where, in addition to Tacos, they also sell Hamburgers, Quesadillas and many other things.

I remember that when I learned to put a video on a web page I already felt super professional 😅.

Taqueria

In these images I removed some things in case the owners do not want their brand to appear here.

Years later when I already knew Angular, I made this same page but 100 times better, I just don't have images and I don't remember where I put that project 🙁. When I find it, I will upload the photos.
